In the frontal view, the nose is deviated to the right and the aesthetic lines of the dorsum are asymmetric. The skin over the dorsum is thin. The tip is bulbous, almost square. The tip cartilages are robust and splayed apart, therefore too “open.” The two domes (the points where the alar cartilages of the tip curve toward the nasal alae) are clearly visible through the skin. In the profile and three-quarter views, the disproportion between the dorsum and the tip—overly robust and curved—is evident.
