These are the steps to follow:
- Please mail your request for a consultation to the International Patients Coordinator Mrs Emanuela at internationalsupport@villasantapollonia.it.
- You will then receive detailed instructions on what material needs to be submitted beforehand for a preliminary assessment of your case, which will be done by Dr. Robotti directly. Such requested material includes photos., a video, and filling out.a specific qualification form.
- Dr. Robotti will personally preview your case and reply to you whether you could be a successful candidate for surgery, be it a primary or revision rhinoplasty.
- Following this, you will be instructed on how the process works for a formal in-person consultation as well as for the option of an online teleconsultation.

A consultation in-person requires time and care, and lasts at least 45 min. Dr. Robotti will analyze your case in detail, show you many patient examples and explain to you clearly what can and what cannot be done and how. A computer morphing will then follow.
Also, a CT scan is needed. Such a scan can be done directly in the clinic (a “cone-beam” scan) at the same time of your appointment if pre-arranged with the secretaries and then commented directly during the consultation. c. if you already have a CT scan, you don't have to repeat it, but you will have to bring the diskette with you.
Teleconsultation does not substitute an essential clinical examination of the nose but it otherwise works very well, before a patient commits to traveling or if the waiting times for a consultation in person are long.
